All our work at Van der Tol is done from our vision of the importance of green and sustainability for the city; we call that ECOstad. Van der Tol's climate-proof ECOstad is greener, healthier and more liveable. Green solutions promote biodiversity, make effective use of (rain)water, combat urban warming and improve the indoor climate.

Our green solutions are offered constructively from an integrated approach and can be found in a mini-ECOstad in Berkel en Rodenrijs. A location that has been scoring successes for several years and is constantly being developed with sustainable innovations in terms of the site, roof, facade and indoor climate.
